Useful information regarding how to get to El gastor - airport and car hire from Seville, Jerez, Malaga and Gibraltar

Useful info

The nearest airports are Seville and Jerez (both about an hour away). Ryanair now fly from a number of UK airports to Jerez, Seville and Malaga at extremely reasonable rates. Another company with good fares is Vueling who fly from Heathrow to Seville. Malaga and Gibraltar airports are approximately 90/120 minutes drive away respectively, with many schedule and charter airlines operating from most UK airports.

Car hire is essential to fully appreciate the

El Gastor area, and Andalucia in general, as public transport is sporadic to say the least. We can recommend Carjet.

El Gastor is just off the A374 Ronda / Seville road. The village is easy to find but please refer to our downloadable map and instructions showing how to find us. Do not rely on GPS systems - they seem to have us wrongly plotted and normally bring you into the wrong end of the village where the streets are narrow.
